Healing Tips
Do not turn or rotate the jewelry. Try to avoid messing with it!
Do not pick or pull on the dried matter, it’s attached to healing tissue.
Do not clean your piercing with rubbing alcohol, Neosporin, or Bactine. They are not designed for piercings. Use the solution provided in your aftercare kit.
Use a travel pillow if you are a side sleeper. Position your ear in the middle to help keep any pressure off the new piercing.
Make sure hands are clean before cleaning your piercing. You don’t want to transfer any dirt or bacteria to a new or healing piercing.
Try to avoid sleeping on a piercing until fully healed. Just because it isn’t tender doesn’t mean it’s not still healing.
